I came across this website during a bit of an insomniatic bout at 7 in the morning. The format and the introductory pages look appealing and so I'm hoping that there really are enough people, mentors and those struggling, to make this a fun and supportive place to hang out for awhile.&lt;br&gt; Personally, I want to shed 18 pounds that I've put on in the last 14 months! I've never had trouble losing weight at any time, but I'm a little older now and I could practically see my metabolism grinding to a halt. Very little changed in my environment over the past year diet wise, but I spent a most of my time traveling and stress was high. &lt;br&gt; Also, I'm working on getting insurance to see a doctor and have my thyroid check for low hormone output on a clinician's recommendation, though that may take many months to achieve.
