I am so tired of the dieting game.  I was told by my doctor that I need to eat low card because I am insulin resistant and I do lose weight really easy this way but I find it hard to stick too because there is really no accountability for me.   I usually have a first goal of say 40lbs and when I reach that goal and I am really happy but then as my husband says I seem to sabotage myself for some reason.
