What has helped me keep off my weight is to recognize my trigger food, eg 'red' food (I think that is what Weight Watcher's call it).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pains me to realize that I have to cut off sunflower seeds (with shells). I have cut down on it, but yesterday it dawned on me that I was having a withdrawal and I eat some to quench it. Today I am going cold turkey. I am really not joking. This is a big deal for me, so pray for me. I'll suggest that you start with the induction menu sample. Check out the menu section on the main page. You should be on the induction phase for a minimum os two days. the induction phase helps prepare your body for change of your eating habit. It detox your body of carbs. It takes 48hours for this carb detox. You may feel like giving up those two days. Atfer this first 48hours, you'll start feeling better about this phase. You may want to take advantage of this phase to stay on a little longer so you can lose more weight.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"&gt;&lt;FONT face=Calibri color=#000000 size=3&gt;You should know that carbohydrate is what increases our tummy/ waistline, even if they are the good carbs.
