I am an overeater, and I can overeat even the 'good food'. What has helped me keep off my weight is to recognize my trigger food, eg 'red' food (I think that is what Weight Watcher's call it).

I pains me to realize that I have to cut off sunflower seeds (with shells). I have cut down on it, but yesterday it dawned on me that I was having a withdrawal and I eat some to quench it. Today I am going cold turkey. I am really not joking. This is a big deal for me, so pray for me. I'll tell you all how my day went.
