| Hi Everybody, Journaling really works. If you are serious about losing weight permanently you have to get used to journaling. You really don't have to write a whole lot, just write what you ate and how you felt at that moment. Who should keep a journal? If you are serious about losing weight, you must keep a journal. If you do not diet and exercise but religiously keep a journal logging in everything that goes into your mouth, everything including that little cup of coffee or the chewing gums, you will definitely lose weight. I can bet on that. I kept journals for years when I was yo-yo dieting and still keep a journal now. I’ll attribute journaling to be an integral part of my permanent weight loss. When I was journaling I used to lock up my journal so nobody reads what I wrote, it was all about my struggles, but it was very private for me. I found out that the journal was not accessible to me as often as I wanted to use it or read it. When I took my journal out of lock and key, I found out that I misplace it most of the time. That makes it hard when I want to figure out what I ate about 3 years before when I had lost a lot of weight that Christmas. Journaling is not just for weight loss; honest journaling gets you to learn about yourself and helps you with behavior modification. With business, journaling makes it easier to remember contacts, remember conversations, business plans, ideas etc. Journaling is also a great coping tool for people when they are stressed, angry and for many other emotional needs. Below is the link to dietnomore.com journal, but you have to register to access it. It is secure and private, even our administration cannot access your journal. The best thing about our journal it that it is perpetual, no time limits. It is good for ever as long as you want it so long as you don’t leave it dormant for years. What you wrote today, you can read in 10 years and find out how you have evolved, that sure will bring back memories. Since our website is free, you are assured that your journal will be there as long as you want it to be. Click below to register and access your journal, in the calendar.

I had a very similar experience with journaling...and still I don't carry it with me sometimes for fear of others getting ahold of it accidentally...However, even on the days that I am journal-less I find a flyer or sheet of paper and write what I feel, date it, and put it in the pocket I made in the back of my journal for such occasions.
Adversely, I lost many things in a house fire last year including writings...Online journals like this def have merit over paper in that regard...Also, a friend of mine once was robbed at gunpoint for her purse and they wouldn't let her keep her journal/scrapbook which she'd been working on meticulously for years....So many lessons in letting go out in the world, that sometimes it's hard to remember to hold on...
