Hello,I was sitting here alone eating potato chips and searching for the top ten ways to stay motivated to diet.I have tried them all.I was a yo-yo dieter also.About 5 years ago I got cancer and just gave up.I am totally recovered but I went from 145 to 210 pounds. Now I am about 205.I am also hypothyroid and currently taking levoxyl. Its working so their is no reason I cant lose weight except that I havent truely been able to stick with it,I just cant get motivated or started and when the weight doesnt come off fast enough I quit.HELP....... I look in the mirror and dont like what I see.I have let food control me long enough.I am now ready to take my life back .

| First let me acknowledge you in having the guts to get on this post and share your feelings. That is the most important step to find out what might be out there for you to take hold of and get back on track with you weight loss. I have been there in my own life. As a teenager I weight over 200 lbs and have struggled through out the years until I found something that worked for me. I did Overeaters anyomous, Weight Watchers, Nothing white, vegetarian, etc, etc, etc. I am currently maintaining an 80 lb weight loss. Keep sharing and you will have the same results. As I mentioned I have done a variety of programs, if I could help in any way I would love to contribute to you. Currently I am a Health Coach with a company called Take Shape for Life, the Coaching Division of Medifast. You are welcome to check out my website at http://www.coachbslim.tsfl.com. Again whether its the program I am a health coach for or any other guidance I can offer you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. Coach B - Bonni
